How we protect your donation.

We never touch your donation
SadakaNow has no access to donated funds at any point. Your contribution is held in trust and paid out directly to the respective organisation, without us being able to control it.

Every transaction is checked
Fraud protection, anti-money-laundering compliance (§ 4 GwG) and SEPA mandate verification run automatically on every payment, usually within seconds. That way your Sadaqa is secure before it moves on.

We vet projects before they are published
Before a project is listed on SadakaNow it goes through a careful review. We make sure that every project is trustworthy and sound from an Islamic ethical standpoint.

You see real updates, not promises
Organisations are required to document their progress regularly: photos, reports, figures. You follow with your own eyes where your donation went and what it achieved.
Technical security
Your data and your payment are technically protected at every step, to the same standards that banks and large payment providers use.
Honest about fees.
For SadakaNow projects we keep no platform fee. Premium projects (Mehrspenden) use the handling shown in the respective donation form, so what you pay is stated there transparently before you confirm. No hidden costs, no dark patterns.
