New Nebi Mosque – The Work of a Congregation That Grew Together

Thanks to years of effort, sacrifice and unity, we have reached our new mosque.

The story of Kampen Nebi Mosque is based on a strong congregational tradition that began in 1985. Over the years, as our congregation grew, so did its needs. As our existing mosque became insufficient over time, the need arose for a new mosque that would be larger, more modern and able to serve future generations.

In line with this, after many years of effort, our new mosque project was brought to life. Our new mosque, located at Bolwerk 12, Kampen, now serves our congregation as an important meeting point where worship, education, youth and social activities can be carried out together.

This work is not just a building; it is the result of prayers made together, sacrifices made, and a trust passed down from generation to generation. We continue today, together with our children and young people, the journey of service that our elders began.

The new Nebi Mosque aims to be a center where we perform our prayers in peace, where Quran and religious education is given, where our youth are raised, where our families come together, and where our bonds of brotherhood are strengthened. The activities of the mosque include not only religious education but also cultural programs, youth work and various social events.

With the opening held on January 24, 2026, a new era has begun.

As it was yesterday, our goal remains the same today:
To leave behind a lasting work for worship, education, brotherhood and solidarity.

May Allah be pleased with everyone who contributed their effort, prayers, and material and spiritual support to the building of this mosque. We hope that the new Nebi Mosque will be a source of blessings for the Muslims living in Kampen and will serve many generations to come.
